As part of a series of working activities at the beginning of 2026, on January 2, Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People’s Committee, visited the Dragon Tea Suoi Giang factory operated by HYH Group, and took part in an early-year tea tree planting activity in Suoi Giang, Lao Cai province.

Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People’s Committee Phan Huy Ngoc discussed the harvesting, processing, and preservation of Shan Tuyet tea during the visit.
