Dr. Nguyen Cong Han explained that the unique natural conditions of Suoi Giang—year-round mist and mineral-rich soil—enable Shan Tuyet green tea to develop high nutritional content. The buds contain valuable compounds such as catechins, tannins, L-theanine, and strong antioxidants. Medical studies have shown that ancient “Shan Tuyet” Suoi Giang Green Tea can help prevent disease, support weight management, improve metabolism, rejuvenate skin, and slow the aging process.
