Holding international conferences to discuss Draft Law on Geology and Mineral Resources
On March 7th, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Quy Kien chaired a meeting with the Vietnam Mineral Resources Department, the Vietnam Geological Department, and the International Cooperation Office to discuss the organization of an international conference to gather input on the Draft Geological and Mineral Law. The conference, which aims to exchange and learn from international experiences in state management of geology and minerals, will be jointly organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in collaboration with the National Assembly's Committee on Sci-Tech and Environment and the Australian Embassy on March 13th, 2024, in Hanoi.
